Pros

They pay you on a regular basis

Cons

They play a lot of favorites. if they like you then you will do ok if you aren't one of the chosen few then you will be treated poorly. If you don't work 60 hours a week then you are considered lazy.

Its not hard to gauge who this posting is by - you were let go for non-performance after being given multiple opportunities to improve your performance. Its unfortunate that you would choose to resort to such a clearly bias review - we give each member of our team an equal opportunity to grown and perform and then reward that performance in the form of bonuses and other perks. Plus, we have an established performance review system that is open and collaborative. These are perhaps some of the reasons why we have a 95% retention rate over the past 3 years, have grown over 8x in 4 years and have one of the highest feedback ratings on Glassdoor. And we must respectfully disagree - we never ask nor expect someone to work 60 hours a week. Finally, the fact that you would disapprove of the CEO when you know nothing about her having never met her speaks volumes of how objective your feedback might be. Nevertheless, we appreciate the fact that you took the time to post your comments. We will most certainly use them to reflect and review how we operate and look for ways to create an even better environment for our team! Best of luck in your future endeavors. Sincerely Harmonia

Pros

The CEO demonstrates authenticity and a sincere interest in employee growth. Note there was a change in CEO (Saboo is no longer acting CEO)

Cons

*The Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) consistently overrides employee authority and dictates decisions instead of collaborating. *Roles and responsibilities shift without discussion, creating confusion and frustration. *High performers' contributions are minimized or ignored by the CAO. *The CFO promised autonomy at hiring but did not uphold that trust. *Executive leadership communicates poorly and unprofessionally. *Chain of command is unclear, leaving employees caught between two sets of expectations. *Executive leadership does not know how to lead anyone. They were plastered with a nice title and comfy salary. Some communicate/dictate to their teams while others do not communicate at all. Worst team I've ever seen.
