I ask about why there were reviews about management issues and got the usual response of all company's have some issues. Looking through the responses back from the COO, you an tell they are self centered on always spinning a positive spin on things and blaming everyone that leaves and does not give a positive response that it is bad blood. The response on that the And the CEO, who was a finalist for the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award being a decoy....please well look at the web site it is all self promoting so take it as is After the interview I say some people that were in the area outside an asked the same question on management and they said that they sucked!!!, there were too many project managers, and none of them talked with anyone else. that Harmonia was always threatening them with the government was going to take away there benefits of working from home. There was no support on projects when they have issues with individuals. The people I talked to stated that most of the positive reviews were due to management sending out an e-mail to go out and put in positive reviews. So glad I took another job!!!!
