Wages on the upper end for retail at some stores and in some departments. HIGHER WAGES STILL NOT WORK WORKING HERE
Cons
As far as most of there store go the saying "Lip Stick on a pig comes to mind" There stores look nice, but at times it is like walking into a walmart. No staff , long lines trying to check out, a lot of items out of stock, and expired product on the shelf. This is because they nickel and dime for labor. They have created labor intensive departments but do not account for this with labor budgets it is always cut cut cut. Managers are inept and should not be managing a store. NEPOTISM is rampant. They make act like they care but they really don't. Big disconnect between people department and what is really happening at store level.
