None....you will be fed a bunch of crap when you interview or go to there HR things.
Cons
you could write a whole book on what not to do by really understanding how this company operates. Lack of awareness by C suite. they pat each other on the back but in reality the company is horrible. They higher family in to positions that thy are not qualified for and then continue to promote them . Horrible benefits. Not enough hours given to get the job done. The category buyers are as dumb as they come. C suite walks around the store wanting profection but wont give the labor hours to do it. The would like to pat themselves on the back for being a green company yet they waste so much food. They are like walmart when it comes to long lines and staffing and trying to find an employee now to help. The whole csuite needs to go and most of upper management .
