If people are lacking needed work skills the rest of the team is expected to pick up the slack. I was harassed multiple times and nothing was done about it because I didn’t feel comfortable enough to tell the person to stop, which they told me I have to do in order for them to do anything. I was also promised a position that I worked hard for for about a year, I was doing the work for the printed title , but without the title or pay. I was strung along for months until I refused to continue doing work outside of my title.
