Pros

The environment, experience, and attitude of people are great. I never go home mentally or emotionally exhausted. These are huge perks for me, and I like working there. They work hard to promote this environment, and it is important.

Cons

The wages could be a little more competitive. Salt Lake is getting expensive, and for a student, it's hard to pay for school, work a part-time job, and not live below the poverty line. I understand that wages are a tough subject for businesses; some sustainability and efficiency overhauls could lower operating costs, freeing up some cash flow. Overall, I think Harmons could work a little harder at relating COL for employees to wages. Alternatively, a student package would be fantastic. Supposing your education sponsors stay in the area, it is certain to pay off for the company.

Plenty of room for raises to make more than 16 that's just typical starting

Cons

Retail. Sometimes you have to work weekends.

Pros

None management is horrible, nepotism all over.

Cons

The whole business model. They really treat their leads and managers like crap, while store directors get to assault, sexually assault, and manipulate employees with no repercussions.
