Pros

Ok pay, expensive benefits, Claim to be inclusive but aren't

Cons

Management is beyond toxic, every department has high turnover and managers saying how miserable they are, cliques are worse than high school and there is constant drama. Write ups are given for everything, including things the managers do daily without repercussion. Schedules rotate constantly with no consistency, you are expected to have full 24/7 availability and cannot have any commitments outside of work, not even a monthly book club meeting. Managers fail to schedule you the required hours for your pay class and then threaten to drop your pay class for not meeting hour requirements, effectively demoting you for the same job while expecting the same work. Despite promoting an image of caring for employees, they are actively discouraged from taking their legally required breaks or for asking for even unpaid TO. Injuries reported to managers are ignored and dismissed, but higher managers will proceed to write you up for not disclosing that same injury or illness to a manager. Medical notes from reporting illness or injury are deemed invalid by low level managers believing they supersede medical professionals and are thrown away without consideration, employees are expect to work actively sick

Pros

None management is horrible, nepotism all over.

Cons

The whole business model. They really treat their leads and managers like crap, while store directors get to assault, sexually assault, and manipulate employees with no repercussions.
