Pros

Great community of foodies and hard working blue collar folks alike. Get to do a variety of work everyday and still become a pro at each task over time. Not too hard to get ahead and get promoted if you need more money (however the workload doubles for a quarter more pay at every step)

Cons

Culture varies depending on who is in charge of your store/who your direct supervisor is. Can be toxic and unprofessional if your store director isn't one of the few good ones. Pay needs to be raised for how hard the work is. Labor intensive company that pays like they think they're Walmart. The higher up you get in the company the worse the work life balance is, the more work you take home, the more on-call you have to be, the higher the stress, etc. This is understandable however the pay doesn't meet the work required/expected.

Pros

Plenty of room for raises to make more than 16 that's just typical starting

Cons

Retail. Sometimes you have to work weekends.

Pros

None management is horrible, nepotism all over.

Cons

The whole business model. They really treat their leads and managers like crap, while store directors get to assault, sexually assault, and manipulate employees with no repercussions.
