1. Open and transparent culture. Always open to suggestions by anyone. 2. Very friendly and helping co-workers and managers. 3. Great velocity of getting things done. Will always have you occupied with something and it's always dynamic. 4. A lot of emphasis on research and learning too. 5. Hard working team and good leadership gives hope that company will grow big. 6. Good perks and compensation for a startup.
Cons
Work can get a bit hectic at times and work life balance can be less but that is to be expected from a startup with high growth rate and ambitious goals.
