1. A major part of your work will be in doing manual testing. 2. Very less to NO automation 3. More work pressure you will have to literally chase behind the release cycles (EVERY DAY RELEASE TO PROD HAPPENS HERE) and do a hell lot of manual verification 4. All the effort you put into manual work is totally gone into waste and no recognition for that. 5. All the above points are when I was working, please do consider and reiterate with the mangers and higher-level people on what is the current situation now and think very well before joining.
