      The company has a great culture The product is selling well Policies in place that account for WFH and changing work environment Rapid growth Well funded Proven leadership Amazing CEO. Humble, brilliant, visionary, people minded, inclusive You are given the room to take on new challenges and the flexibility to fail as you learn. It's a great place to grow as an individual

      Cons

      We are growing very quickly. This creates chaos at times Timelines to deliver are aggressive We have a growing global team, in a wfh scenario. Time zones only overlap so much and this creates some W/L balance pressure, in my experience this does not translate into toxicity like I've experienced at other companies.

      Pace may not be for everyone, there is a lot of work to do. Scaling to become a mature company can be challenging at times.
