We would like to note that we are an incredibly fast growing start up and we have a team of very dedicated employees who are fully engaged and work very hard in their jobs. As a result, work life balance is an issue we face, and we continue to work on improving this. We encourage our employees to take time off, we have a generous holiday calendar, we advocate for comp days for weekend or off hour work and we made our TGIF Friday a permeant benefit (one Friday each month a company shutdown day).
