We do see a strong correlation between those that work hard on leading indicator activities and the top performers in the business. In fact; 25% of the commercial team has been promoted into new roles within the past 15 months. With regard to free products; Harness is excited about the recent launch of our open source and free products as we are on a mission to remove the toil around software delivery for 30 million developers and make Harness available to individuals, teams, and enterprises. This approach will benefit our sales teams as we combine a product-led growth strategy with a go-to-market execution model. We will continue to evolve a hybrid work-from-home model with regional office hubs in strategic locations, and a culture of accountability as we seek to continuously improve individually and collectively.
