Pros
- Company weathered the economic storm last year, and racing fast again - Company made the necessary changes to invest in certain areas to grow the business - Some new executives are on board to help the company execute faster and better - CKO/SKO week was great with a lot of business details being outlined and communicated to the entire company - Optimistic outlook at the company, it does feel that there is a much clearer path to success
Cons
- Some changes were made impacted culture and morale, but this isn't unique to Harness since the whole industry is going through changes with the way the economy is - There is still some nervousness among employees about changes
