      Poor management. Weak HR personnel - Engineer Harper Limbach Employee Review

      Pros

      Great work culture. Good work life balance. Good health benefits. Competitive pay

      Cons

      Management only promotes “his” friends this starts from the president and it trickles down to the field guys. Because of this, management is lousy and incompetent. This kills the morale of their employees and therefore many of the good employees end up leaving. Their employee handbook lists many employee benefits however they found a loop hole to not allow employee to take advantage of their benefits such as vacation days sick days and holidays.

      Pros

      There's a genuine culture of caring for me and my personal/career development. There's a higher purpose to our business than just providing MeP solutions; we're doing it to support healthcare and other mission critical infrastructure to some of the largest corporations in the country/world Culture of collaboration I sincerely believe there is no better opportunity in this industry for me to make a significant impact and help grow this company into something truly remarkable. Those impactful opportunities exist across our business units and are available to those that fit our culture and want to get to work.

      Cons

      We can't recruit / develop talent fast enough to keep pace with the opportunity available at our local business unit.

      Pros

      Great benefits with a competitive pay. Learn a lot and you learn I well. Everybody will want to hire you if you come from harper

      No good mentorship. Poor management
