Pros
Some great people, especially from Kito, the parent company. Lavish parties such as the annual Christmas party and annual company picnic. Lots of freebies, like company logo shirts.
Cons
Way too much money lavished on the Sales department. Operations cut back to shoe-string to compensate; as a result the company does not have the resources needed to meet demand, which is leading to production delays. Senior management and sales blames the rest of the company to the customers. There is a definate "Mad Men" mentality that permiates the culture. As a result, what was once a great company to work for has become high-stress and everyone throws everyone else under the bus. It's a shame: great product, great people, squandered on lavish dinners and sales junkets. With the current leadership this is definately not a place self-respecting individual would want to come to work.
