      Good company, decent pay for a corp dev position, subsidiary of Constellation - publicly traded company on Toronto Stock Exchange - option for stock benefit. Pretty good bonus structure. Remote work

      Cons

      Compensation/bonus structure changes a lot and usually for the worse. a lot of turnover with management. Hard to transact as they dont pay nearly as high multiples as traditional PE

      401K plan is a 'maybe we will match' type thing. Could be much better.
