Focused almost entirely on quarterly numbers. No long term strategy. Concentrates on milking existing clients for every last cent. Talks about respect, gives none. Pay raises are few and far between. Infrastructure is non-existent. Relies on spreadsheets instead of integrated technologies. Can't keep numbers straight half of the time.
