Manager untrained. Outdated software - Application Consultant Harris Computer Employee Review

My manager had the initials A.H. She was a great manager for wellness checks and emotional intelligence but unfortunately did not know how to lead and properly communicate expectations. The software we sold to school boards was so outdated and only survived since it’s a niche market. The company is in dire need of obtaining young talent. Reading these other reviews, the company responses have been apprehensive and lacking accountability.
