The current front-line leadership seems like imitations of the former Harris CEO. They can parrot, but not apply the basics of critical thinking.
The leadership does not communicate. They will make bad decisions that impact the top and bottom line because they want to " make sure we look good in the market." It's all impression management, but not much business sense is applied.
The goal is to preserve EBITA, yet the group leader will sacrifice it to force his local agenda / views onto a global business unit. The business unit is now forced to let go of high-value team members so that the group leader can have a more "on-shore" presence in America when the business is operated out of Canada, Australia, and the UK. The group leader actively sabotages EBITA and financial performance to impose a nationalist and imperialistic stance. It feels psychologically unsafe to work here.
