Very sub-standard compensation and staffing. Middle Management has acknowledged in conferences, but also acknowledge nothing will be done about it. They have single developers staffing complex production systems, as a result only P1 issues can ever meaningfully be addressed. Major data security vulnerabilities that I won't elaborate on here.
