      - Good work life balance - Fully remote, but can work in office - Very friendly people - HR and IT are great - Decent if you just want to work

      - Compensation under market - Not a great opportunity for career growth - Outdated tech stack - Leadership changes too often (the BU I worked for), lack of a clear vision and direction as a result
