Pros
Benefits were great as well as pension plan
Cons
Terrible management. Not just direct but mainly C level heads. When the new C level staff came in, majority of them were so full of them selves. It was required to fill out a work log regarding the things you did in a day if you were remote. Had to be specific details and reading emails did not count. You spent more time filling out the work log and making sure the information was accurate than you did doing actual work. A lot of unnecessary meetings and time wasted "planning meetings" to have meetings. Micro management was getting worse and worse with more project logging, work logs, and much more. Short staffed and over worked siloed employees caused the drastic change in culture and over a 100 people have quit in the last few months of my work there.
