Pros
Caring managers, open door policy, laid back. Excellent providers. A lot of discounts with other companies. Great learning experience to get your foot in the door.
Cons
Pct's are treated unfair. Some nurses are lazy and try to put all of the work on pct's. Low pay. PTO used for holiday pay. Patients are out of control!!! GOSSIP! FAVORITISM!
