I loved helping the patients. They were wonderful and grateful and I felt awesome helping a community in need
Cons
The manager was horrible! She helped her friends on the unit and treated everyone else so unfairly. She cared less about patient care and only about charting. Which is important but she was a tirant. The nurse bullies ran the unit. So disappointing because the community needs compassionate nurses but they get ran off
