Pros
~You get free food every month (this month was waffles, orange juice, syrup, water, eggs, and some yogurts!!) ~My coworkers are friendly (though I may just be lucky and work with really nice people) ~Small employee discount on every transaction ~Good company values (Very focused on honesty, also the generic "make sure the customer is happy" stuff) ~there is a a pool of funds comprised of donations and tips that employees can dip into if they're going through some dire straits (like late on rent or need to pay a medical bill) ~Just a normal grocery store feeling, nothing crazy ~I work with a great manager who I can communicate with efficiently for scheduling and any problems I may have ~there is the 401K junk like most jobs have
Cons
~I wish I could pick up more hours, but honestly, it is a part time job and I should just get a second job if I'm so bothered by it
