Pros
Bonus checks twice a year, fun environment to work in, customers are nice to talk to, management is pretty cool
Cons
The only con that I have is the pay isn't all that great. I worked at the customer service desk as a clerk and I did pretty much everything the ACSM did and they paid me next to nothing.
