Aside from the training videos, they REFUSE to teach! I've had people straight up tell me "I won't train you because I didn't get any training when I came here". Um, that's not the way things are supposed to work. Managers don't do anything to help you Bakery and deli don't ever get breaks. Most of the time, people only get to take their breaks at the end of their shift. It's insane. YOU HAVE TO BUY THE UNIFORM YOURSELF. They also made me order slipproof shoes that are so incredibly uncomfortable I end up with swollen feet at the end of every shift, rather than letting me use my ACTUALLY slip proof shoes that I already had and have already broken in.
