Pros
Profit Sharing Check 2x yearly. Not huge, but something hardly anyone else offers.
Cons
Upper Mgmt. knows how to use the system to their own advantage. It's only "wrong" if it affects them personally. All the way up to Dist. level morals and basic decency are seriously lacking. Management known to "block" people from transferring or moving up if it's to their advantage. Also too much work for too few hours, little training, and inconsistant rules and discipline.
