Not the worst but not the best - Pharmacist Manager Harris Teeter Employee Review

-Below average salary for pharmacists, ~$106,000 + ~$5,000 for yearly bonus -Absolutely no technician help. Most stores are lucky to have 1 full time technician which leaves you working alone on the weekends. Pharmacist is therefore responsible for EVERYTHING (trash, vacuuming, stocking the shelves, etc). Leaves no time for clinical interventions. -Psycho about metrics but most companies are. Still annoying for pharmacists to have to deal with. Store management never understands pharmacy needs.
