Business Outlook
Pros
Teeter pays well and offers great bennefits to full time associates as well as some for part-time (not sure about these). The Charleston market was a great place to work and there was plenty of room to advance those who worked hard. My department heads have all been very flexible with hours and willing to work with associates.
Cons
I am no longer in Charleston and cannot believe I still work at the same company. The organization in my current store is lacking, to say the least. We have more managers but no leadership, lower standards, and poor hiring practices. We are improving slowly. I did not have any cons about the Charleston area though.
