      Pros

      The dept head bonus is nice but they cut labor for 2 weeks leading up to it, so its really not a bonus at all.

      Cons

      Teeter is a nice store but a horrible company. They are only concerned with not getting sued and they drive their employees with fear. I would never work for them again.

      Pros

      Decent people, make connections, pay, and hours are just okay.

      Cons

      Management sucks. If you fall victim to bullying, nobody cares/does anything. Working there from 16 to now (barely anymore), it was hard to be happy at all about going in when working with a specific manager who constantly nitpicked and talked behind your back.
