      the pay is decent for this region and most managers try to accomodate their employees needs.upper management is good at "company speak",but don't quite deliver on most topics.

      Cons

      poor communication within the store management to their employees.based on the daily activity observed in several stores the company values don't translate well with any degree of positive consistency

      Pros

      Decent people, make connections, pay, and hours are just okay.

      Cons

      Management sucks. If you fall victim to bullying, nobody cares/does anything. Working there from 16 to now (barely anymore), it was hard to be happy at all about going in when working with a specific manager who constantly nitpicked and talked behind your back.
