Pros
Great schedule flexibility, friendly employees, and some managers are great.
Cons
Hours are often cut. Too many managers, especially in upper manager. There isn't a clear structure, especially when Starbucks is involved and results in lots of mixed messages about what you're supposed to do. There isn't a lot of support when it comes to staffing, and managers tend to be over worked and under compensated.
