Pros
Good initial training leaves all associates prepared to succeed upon being initially hired. Management has also always been flexible with me when working around another job and personal time.
Cons
Two promotions in my first six months of employment that added significant responsibilities and led to a less convenient schedule structure were regarded as lateral moves which did not merit pay increases. Any position lower than manager of a department is paid according to experience rather than merit, which can be frustrating to a new employee who desires to excel.
