Pros
Room for advancement, supportive management, good pay. bonus checks are great, very family friendly, good training.
Cons
Understaffed at times, insurance is costly, too many HR hoops to jump through in order to fire lazy employees. Can be difficult to gain full time status. A lot of uncertainty with recent Kroger merger.
