Store management tends to be verbally abusive to their employees and, as another reviewer stated, blames everyone but the person actually responsible for whatever offense was committed. Example: one deli manager I knew would make people stand at the sink and sing the Birthday Song at the top of their lungs because he thought they took too long to wash their hands.
