Pros
Heavily depends on management. If you have good managers that look out for you, it's not so bad. If you have good coworkers that you get along with then things will go by much faster.
Cons
First and foremost, I've been there for 4 and half years and I've only had a little over a dollar pay increase the whole time there. The corporate offices clearly don't care about their employees, they don't even try and act like they do.
