There is absolutely no work/ home life balance. Managers are rude. Some aren’t helpful. Some Managers are only required to close once a week when is not fair when you are not fully staffed. The company area more about its customers then it’s employees. Raises are terrible. What’s a 10 cent raise when most deserve $2-$3 or sometimes $5. You aren’t paid a livable wage.
