      Good pay, good co workers, awesome customer base, advancement opportunities are everywhere. Decent benefits, bonus potential is realistically met, can't say enough about other employees

      You wanna advance be prepared to put in. Long hours and sacrifice family time, upper management treats its managers like puppets, moving you from store to store. Do as your told yes men

      Pros

      Decent people, make connections, pay, and hours are just okay.

      Cons

      Management sucks. If you fall victim to bullying, nobody cares/does anything. Working there from 16 to now (barely anymore), it was hard to be happy at all about going in when working with a specific manager who constantly nitpicked and talked behind your back.
