Worst job of my life - Deli Assistant Manager Harris Teeter Employee Review

As the only black woman in management in my department I was paid less than any other manager, btw I had at least over 5 plus years of experience more then. I was never treated fairly, had an asthma attack on the way there, went to the hospital they told me those days were not excused even with a doctors note. I’ve never felt more oppressed in my life as I did at Harris teeter battleground specifically. The manager has a Napoleons complex and the current assistant deli manager and he take at least 4-6 smoke breaks a day but please don’t be a minute late from your break.
