Pros
Job doesn't follow you home. You get to see what you accomplished when you are done. Expectations are clearly defined. Receive a 10% discount when buying store brand products. Don't have to deal with customer service for most of the night. 401k program has a 4% match with decent ETF options through T Rowe Price. Training program is good.
Cons
Working overnight. Little to no control in the hiring process at the store I was at. Repeated safety issues. Poor communication down the chain. Bonus size is largely determined by which store you are at rather than your individual performance. Can be moved between stores without notice.
