Pros
Great people to work with; menu had variety for every customer; fun atmosphere; shift meetings before every shift
Cons
No benefits; business died down due to lack of professionalism; staff would drink on the clock & management wasn't good about disciplining employees; the hard-working employees were very underappreciated; each store was privately owned & it wasn't ran consistently at each store; worked very long shifts a lot making no money for the amount of time worked
