Great customers, very few bad encounters, other hosts are friendly

Cons

So much drama, servers are very rude and act inappropriately, no one ever wants a table yet gets frustrated when they haven't had any because its slow, all assistant managers (at the time) were not good

Pros

It will be packed on any event days downtown,and there's a lot of them. Think concerts, Guards, Cavs, Browns. You can make great money. The people there are fun.

Cons

Slow shifts are a bore, but that's anywhere.

Not anything. Working in restaurants has its challenges but nothing different from any other place.
