HHC upper executive management is a mess and lacks the skillset in terms of HHC beloved "Code of Ethics" which this organization prides itself on. Not happening Jeff. Blind eye is the outcome. So sad. You have the drive and dedication - it should be a prerequsite to your cabinet. It is NOT. I can certainly appreciate in terms of image however it should never be at the expense of any employee. Culture is toxic. Keep shoving it under the rug. Curious how many qualified employees have exited as a result? Qualified directors don't leave an organization for higher pay. They leave because the support and basic acknowlegement in support and resources are ignored.
