Pros
Good coworkers, independence, flexible schedule, paid holidays, this is a well known company all over the state, It is really hard to find anything else that is good about this company. It is a non profit but they really care about money "very much"
Cons
Pay is lower than other agencies, benefits have very high deductible and poor coverage , tuition offered as a package attraction is only authorized if manager accept it( based if he/she likes you), client and satisfaction geared. Very little communication and poor management. Only worried about budget and surveys. Low pay for mileage. wear and tear of car, nurses are given work as factory workers not professionals. Never know what else they will add to your workday without consulting you. Be ready to get paid for 8 hours and be expected to work 24 hours a day! Management will lie and make up things about you if they want to let you go, document everything! There is no diversity in the management latter.
