Pros
-decent coworkers (hardworking and team players, willing to learn and genuinely care) -great pay (can only speak for contracted position) -great benefits -good training (I had a short training period and still learned so much also once I got on the floor most of my coworkers were excellent and willing teachers) -beautiful hospital with excellent resources (i was very impressed with how well the staff ran therapeutic groups in the institute of living, it may vary depending on what floor you work on)
Cons
-anti-blackness (black and Latino patients were treated with less compassion and care than white patients) -staff unable to relate to community they serve -homophobia and transphobia
