Training is awful. 5 weeks of learning next to nothing because as soon at you get out the whole process will change. Leads are no help at all and don’t even sit in the same training at you so if you have any questions you’re better off guessing than asking them. you will feel like you do not matter and your work is under valued. Be prepared to be brow beat into overtime.
