rn case manager home care - salary is good for home care, however that goes with a catch as with salary and your "productivity" your hours per week are somewhere between45-55 if you do a decent job as a nurse.
Cons
quality of life, safety of patients. caseload 50 and beyond, nobody counts nobody cares. 1 start of care every day, 4 revisits (reverts, discharges). poor management, nobody listens. HIGH staff turnover. take this job if you're desperate only.
