There is no work/life balance. Raises are insulting because they are so small. You are expected to do much more than what is in a job description. There is no job security, you could be here one day and gone the next "for the good of the organization". In order to receive a bonus we have to skimp on things we need in the departments through out the year but then we still don't see a bonus because the organization is receiving cuts from the state... but the CEO still makes a sickening amount of money.
